🌙 Healing Properties and Energy of Selenite
Selenite is traditionally considered a high-energy crystal associated with the Crown and Higher Chakras, and is often used to support connection with Angelic consciousness, higher guidance and spiritual awareness.
It is also known as a calming crystal, often chosen to encourage restful sleep, deep inner peace and a more peaceful state of mind, which makes it especially lovely to work with during meditation.
Selenite is traditionally associated with clarity of mind, helping to clear mental fog and encourage a calmer, more focused feeling.
Larger pieces of Selenite are often placed within a room to help create a safe, quiet and energetically protected space, and it is traditionally believed to help form a protective energetic grid against unwanted outside influences.
Selenite is especially well known for its ability to transmute and clear negative or stagnant energy, both from your own energy field and from the environment around you.
