Shipping policy

All orders are normally shipped within 1 to 2 working days. 

UK Orders

We normally ship uk orders out on the same or next working day. Our standard shipping is tracked 48 so you should receive your item within 2 working days from shipping.

If you upgraded your shipping to Express,  we use Royal Mail Special Delivery and would ship same or next day depending on the time of the order & you should receive your order within 24 hours of shipping.

Overseas orders are normally shipped the same or next working day

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail & covered by insurance for loss & Damage.  

European Orders

Shipped using Royal Mail - Tracked delivery & covered by insurance for loss and damage

Approx 5 working days (Royal Mail aim for 3 to 5 working days but say it can be up to 10 working days) 

International Orders

Shipped using Royal Mail - Tracked delivery & covered by insurance for loss & damage.

Approx 5 to 7 working days (Royal Mail aim for 5 to 7 but say it can be up to 17 working days) for International orders.
