Shipping policy

All our items are Shipped using Royal Mail & covered by insurance against loss or damage.  Within in the UK we normally ship within 1 to 2 working days so our standard shipping is tracked 48 hours so you should receive your item within 2 days from shipping.

If you upgraded your shipping then we use Royal Mail Special Delivery and would ship same or next day & you should receive your order within 24 hours from shipping.

Overseas orders

All shipped using Royal Mail & covered by insurance for loss & Damage.  

Allow approx 5 days for (but can be 3 to 7 days) for European  orders

International Orders

All shipped using Royal Mail & covered by insurance for Loss & Damage.

Allow approx 4 to 7 days (but may be 3 to 10 days) for International orders.
